Former UFC light heavyweight title contender Khalil Rountree has arrived in Azerbaijan to participate in the main fight of the UFC Fight Night, which will be held in Baku on June 21.

Today, the athlete went for a walk in Icherisheher, the historical part of Baku. Rountree visited the Shirvanshahs Palace, climbed the Maiden Tower, and also got acquainted with Azerbaijani carpet weaving art. He even participated in the carpet weaving process.
The main fight of the UFC Fight Night in Baku will be between former UFC light heavyweight champion Jamal Hill and Khalil Rountree. The second most important fight of the night will be between our compatriot Rafael Fiziyev and Chilean representative Ignacio Bahamondes in the lightweight division. Within the framework of the tournament, Azerbaijani representatives Nazim Sadykhov and Tofig Musayev will also enter the octagon. Their opponents will be Brazilian Nikolas Motta and Kyrgyz Myttybek Orolbay, respectively.
