Famous Soviet boxing coach Oleg Chekhov was found dead in his apartment in Reutov, Russia.
Idman.biz reports, citing the "Mash na sporte" Telegram channel, that the coach's body was discovered by neighbors.
They initially heard gunshots. According to preliminary assumption, Chekhov committed suicide.
The motives of the incident are being investigated.
It should be noted that Oleg Chekhov, with 30 years of coaching experience, was a high-level coach. His students include world and European champions.
