Former UFC two-weight champion Conor McGregor has been banned for 18 months for violating anti-doping rules.

According to reports, he missed three doping tests in 2024. The 37-year-old McGregor failed three doping tests last year, which constitutes a violation of the UFC's anti-doping program. UFC athletes are required to provide accurate information about their whereabouts at all times so that they can be contacted and provide unannounced samples.
McGregor missed tests on June 13, September 19, and September 20, 2024, each classified as a failure to provide "whereabouts information."
