The Azerbaijani national team, which achieved a historic success at the European Schoolboy Boxing Championships in Zlatibor, Serbia, has returned home.
İdman.biz reports that the team was met at Heydar Aliyev International Airport by the staff of the Boxing Federation, representatives of the sports community, boxing fans, and family members of the athletes.
Our boxers won 3 gold, 10 silver, and 9 bronze medals at the European Championship. This indicator has gone down in history as the team's record in a similar competition.
It should be noted that our national team finished the European Championship in 2nd place in the team standings.
