Azerbaijani karate fighters have won several more medals

The 10th World Fudokan Karate Championship was held in Puławy, Poland.

Idman.biz reports that the Azerbaijani national team has won its next medals.

Among adults, Kamran Heydarzadeh (80 kg) won a bronze award.

In the youth competition, Tahir Alakbarov (75 kg) won gold, and Muhammad Baghirov (65 kg) won silver medals.

Shafaqat Zeynalli (60 kg) among 16-17 year old girls, and Korkmaz Safarli (60 kg) in the boys' competition, rose to the first step of the podium.

In the children's competition, Yusif Mustafazade (35 kilograms) was awarded a bronze award.

Among men in the absolute weight category, Babek Qalamzadeh defeated his Armenian opponent 4:0 in the first fight. After 4 fights, our karate fighter lost to his Polish opponent in the final due to injury and won a silver medal.

It should be noted that earlier Haji Ali Valizadeh (80 kg) among adults and Vusal Seyidov (60 kg) among athletes under 21 won gold, and Siyavush Bayramov (75 kg) won a bronze medal in the veterans' competition.
