The Azerbaijan MMA Cup competition was held with the organization of the Azerbaijan MMA Federation.
Idman.biz reports that about 450 athletes from 39 clubs representing all cities and regions of the country participated in the competition.
The competition was organized among juniors, youth and adults. According to the results of the competition held in a tense struggle, "Abbasov Top Team" took first place in the team score and was awarded the Azerbaijan Cup.
Based on the results of the Azerbaijan Cup, the composition of the Azerbaijani national team will be formed for the World Championships among juniors and youth, which will be held in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates on July 20-27, as well as for the World Championships among adults, which will be held in Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia, on September 27 - October 2.
