The Azerbaijani national team achieved successful results at the Shinkyokushinkai European Championship held in Debrecen, Hungary.
Idman.biz reports that our country was represented at the competition by our national team under the leadership of Allahverdin Rustamov, vice-president of the Azerbaijan Karate Federation for contact styles.
At the championship, our athletes Zeynalli Solmaz (59 kg) and Hasanov Salahat (80 kg) won bronze medals. Ahmadov Balaami reached the final in the 60 kg weight category and settled for a silver medal.
In addition, Allahverdi Rustamov and Samir Farzaliyev also represented our country as judges in the international competition.
The Azerbaijani national team dedicated these achievements to the memory of our heroic martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the Motherland on Remembrance Day.
