The next matches of the U-23 European Wrestling Championship organized in Zrenjanin, Serbia, have been held.

It was reported that Ruzanna Mammadova, representing our country in the 62 kg weight category, continued her successful performance. She first defeated Bulgarian representative Fatma Tahir Shabana with a full advantage (11:0) and advanced to the 1/4 finals. R. Mammadova then faced Turkish wrestler Gülsüm Bingöl on the way to the semi-finals and defeated her opponent again with a full advantage (11:0) to qualify for the semi-finals.
In addition, Nargiz Samadova, representing our country in the 53 kg weight category, won a 3:0 victory over Lithuanian athlete Vestina Daniseviciute and advanced to the semi-finals.

Nargiz Samadova (53 kg) will face Vestina Danisevicius, representing Lithuania, in the 1/4 final stage. Ruzanna Mammadova (62 kg) and Zahra Karimzade (72 kg) will start the competition from the qualifying stage.
