Azerbaijani national wrestling teams have held an open training session as part of their preparations for the U-17 World Championship to be held in Baku.
Idman.Biz reports that the preparation process took place at the National Gymnastics Arena, where the tournament will be held.
The open training was also attended by officials from the Azerbaijan Wrestling Federation, who supported the athletes.
Recall that the World Championship will be held from July 27 to August 2 at the National Gymnastics Arena.
According to the final list of participants approved by United World Wrestling (UWW), 663 athletes, 272 coaches, and 64 international referees will be in action at the prestigious tournament. In total, more than 1,100 guests will visit Azerbaijan for the World Championship.
