The Azerbaijan national beach football team has won the European Championship (EBSL) qualifying stage held in Batumi, Georgia. According to Sport24.az, our team defeated the Latvian team 4-0 in the final and completed the B League as champions.
Elshad Manafov scored 2 goals, while Orkhan Mammadov and Ramil Aliyev scored 1 goal each for our team.
At the same time, our team has earned the right to compete among the strongest teams in Europe, advancing to the A League of the continental championship from next season.
Additionally, Elchin Gasimov was chosen as the best goalkeeper of the tournament, while Sahib Mammadov was selected as the best player.
