It was reported that the event took place in Luxembourg.
The meeting, organized at the CEV headquarters, was also attended by the Executive Director of the organization Vuk Karanovic, the Head of the Finance Commission Guy Juvet, commission members, and employees of the CEV's finance department.
At the meeting, CEV's current year's action plan, the main directions of financial policy, as well as issues related to the financing of international tournaments and competitions were discussed in detail. In particular, important topics such as the budget allocated for the organization of competitions, the optimization of expenses, and the efficient management of financial resources were on the agenda.

During the meeting, the financial results of the competitions held in 2025 were analyzed, and a broad exchange of views was held regarding financial mechanisms and budget planning for the tournaments planned for the upcoming period. At the same time, special attention was paid to increasing the transparency of financial reporting and improving control mechanisms.
Within the framework of the meeting, modern financial approaches, the application of digital financial management tools, as well as proposals to further strengthen cooperation between member federations were voiced by the members of the CEV Finance Commission. It was emphasized that such meetings will contribute to ensuring financial stability in European volleyball and organizing international competitions at a higher level.
