On October 19, the Minister of Youth and Sport, Farid Gayibov, met with Hakuhō Shō, the President of the International Sumo Federation. According to Sport24.az, the meeting discussed the development prospects of sumo in Azerbaijan, the study of international experience, as well as the promotion and increased popularity of this sport in our country.
Hakuhō Shō expressed his thanks for the high-level organization of the world sumo championship in Azerbaijan.
