The "President's Cup-2025" international regatta, dedicated to the 102nd anniversary of National Leader Heydar Aliyev, will start on April 30 in Sugovushan.
This was reported by "Report" with reference to the press service of the Azerbaijan Canoe and Rowing Federation (ACRF).
The official opening ceremony of the regatta, in which more than 200 athletes from more than 20 countries from Europe, Asia and Africa will compete, will be held from 11:00.
After the official part, shows on the water and exemplary performances of rowers will take place. Then, athletes will compete for the first medals at a distance of 200 meters.
