“Manchester United” and “Liverpool” are considering the transfer of “Borussia Dortmund” defender Felix Nmecha. According to Sport24.az, this was reported by “TEAMtalk”.
According to sources, as “Manchester United” evaluates options ahead of the winter “transfer window”, they have already been in contact with the representatives of the 26-year-old German footballer. “Liverpool”, on the other hand, sees Nmecha as an alternative in case their attempted transfer of “Bournemouth” player Alex Scott does not materialize.
Born in Hamburg and a graduate of the “Manchester City” academy, Nmecha has extended his contract with “Borussia” until June 2030. The player's contract includes a release clause of 80 million euros, which will become active in the summer of 2027. The club currently values the player at between 90 and 99.9 million euros.
It is worth noting that in the 2025/26 season, the midfielder scored 6 goals and made 3 assists in 47 matches.
