Azerbaijani junior badminton players have won gold medals in 3 categories at the international tournament held in Venezuela. Sport24.az reports that Ulvi Huseynov, who started the fight from the 1/8 finals in the boys' individual competition, won all his opponents and climbed to the highest step of the podium.
Leyla Jamalzade also became the winner of the tournament in the girls' individual competition in the same category.
Our junior badminton players won another gold medal in the mixed doubles category. The Ulvi Huseynov - Leyla Jamalzade tandem finished the competition in the respective category in the first place.
