Azerbaijani athlete wins 2 GOLD MEDALS at the World Cup

Azerbaijani para powerlifter Rasul Zakiyev won two gold medals at the World Cup held in Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia.

Idman.biz reports that our 19-year-old athlete, competing among young people, joined the competition in the 88 kg weight category.

He won gold medals both in the total lift with a result of 321 kg in the sum of three movements, and in the best lift with a result of 112 kg.
