The Azerbaijan National Anti-Doping Agency (AMADA) held an anti-doping seminar for athletes and their support staff of the Azerbaijan Shooting Federation (ASF).
Idman.biz reports that the main goal of the seminar was to provide athletes, their coaches and medical staff with detailed information about anti-doping rules, athletes' rights and obligations, and doping control strategies.
During the event, participants were provided with information on prohibited substances and methods, testing processes, athlete responsibility and results management. It was emphasized that in some cases athletes may unknowingly or mistakenly take prohibited substances. Therefore, each athlete must carefully study the composition of the medicine they use.
The seminar was held in an interactive format and the participants' questions about anti-doping were answered.
