The World Karate Federation (WKF) has announced the preliminary figures for the final stage of the Premier League, which will be held in Rabat, Morocco, with the participation of the Azerbaijani team.
Idman.biz reports that 383 athletes from 67 countries will compete in the tournament.
Our team will be represented at the tournament by four athletes: three-time world champion Irina Zaretska (68 kg), Nuran Rzazade (67 kg), Farid Agayev and Rashid Suleymanov (both 75 kg).
It should be noted that the results of the competition, which will be held in Rabat from May 30 to June 1, will determine the owners of the "Grand Winner" title in all categories.
