The next sports camp for the children of our martyrs was held with the joint organization of the "YAŞAT" Foundation and the Azerbaijan Water Sports Federation.
Idman.Biz reports that the fourth sports camp, which took place on April 6-9, was organized at the "Kur" Olympic Training-Sports Center in Mingachevir. The project involved the children of martyrs aged 11-15.
The main goal of the camp was to strengthen the physical health of young people, increase their interest in sports and organize their leisure time effectively.
On the first day of the program, after the opening ceremony, a boat excursion on the Kura River, water safety and rescue trainings were held for the participants.
In the following days, the children got acquainted with the rowing club and hangars and participated in practical trainings on the river. At the same time, tennis master classes were organized by professional coaches and team competitions were held. Within the framework of the project, the participants had the opportunity to meet with members of the national rowing and canoeing team.
