A meeting with athletes was held at the Azerbaijan Archery Federation.
Idman.Biz reports that the latest achievements of the athletes were discussed and the new sports ranks they earned were presented to them at the meeting held with the participation of the Secretary General of the Federation, Farid Khalilov.
Certificates reflecting the official sports ranks approved by the Baku City Youth and Sports Department were delivered to their owners. Aliya Aliyeva, Lala Abdurrahmanova and Dilgushe Sadigova were awarded the title of "Candidate for Master of Sports" (CMS), while Lala Ismayilova, Sona Rustamli and Nurlan Rahimli were awarded "1st degree" certificates.
During the meeting, Secretary General Farid Khalilov congratulated the athletes on their achievements and emphasized that these ranks are an important stage in their professional career. It was stated that the next goal of the athletes is to obtain a higher level, the "Master of Sports" rank, and to represent Azerbaijan properly in the international arena.
