"Baku Marathon-2026", organized by the initiative of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, was remembered not only as a large-scale sports competition, but also as a colorful holiday program.
Idman.Biz reports that the starting point of the marathon was the National Flag Square, and the finish point was the "Sea Breeze" area. Special concert programs were organized for participants and guests in both venues.
This year, a festive atmosphere reigned in the fan zone created at the starting line until the evening for runners and spectators. A magnificent concert program with the participation of famous performers was presented on the stage set up in the open air.
The awarding ceremony of the winners at the finish point in the "Sea Breeze" area was accompanied by performances by DJs and various music groups.
