The results of the elections to the various committees of the European Taekwondo Union (ETU) have been announced.
Idman.Biz reports that, according to the decision of the organization's president, Sakis Pragalos, Aygul Abdullayeva, the Secretary General of the Azerbaijan Taekwondo Federation, has been appointed as a member of the Referees Committee.
In addition, Aysel Sultanova, the press secretary of the ATF, has been appointed as the vice-chairman of the ETU Media Committee.
It should be noted that the representation of both candidates nominated by the Azerbaijan Taekwondo Federation in the ETU committees is considered an indicator of the trust shown in Azerbaijani taekwondo.
The appointments will be valid until the meeting of the ETU General Assembly to be held in 2027.
