Rowing competitions will also be held as part of the III CIS Games organized in our country.
İdman.biz reports that, according to the schedule, rowing competitions will be held on October 5-6 in Mingachevir, at the Kur Olympic Training Sports Center. The Azerbaijani team will compete in the tournament with a team of 20 people.
Ceyhun Valikhanov, Amil Ramazanov, Rufat Hasanzada, Tengiz Gagnidze, Niyaz Melikov, Elvin Aliyev, Alimurad Hajizade, Ivan Vorobyovsky, Huseyn Hasanov, Nuran Rahimli, Sahib Ayyubzada, Vajib Babayev in kayaking, Huseyn Samadli and Javid Valizade in canoeing, Nurlan Pashayev, Jahangir Mammadli, Azer Ilyasov, Sabit Abdullayev, Tunar Mammadzadeh and Ismayil Shirinov will try to be among the prize-winners in academic rowing.
It should be noted that teams from 7 countries - Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Russia, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan - will participate in the rowing competitions of the III CIS Games.
