The names of the figure skaters who will represent Azerbaijan at the Olympic qualifying tournament to be held in Beijing on September 19-21 have been announced.
Idman.biz reports that 3 Azerbaijani athletes are included in the list announced by the International Skating Union (ISU).
Nargiz Suleymanova (substitute - Sabina Aliyeva) in the women's singles competition, and Daniel Brıkalov and Samanta Ritter (substitutes - Maksin Uezerbi and Aleksandr Kolosovski) in dance will compete for Olympic licenses.
Our country has already obtained one license for the 2026 Winter Olympic Games. Figure skater Vladimir Litvintsev has this right.
