The purpose of the Strategic Cooperation Memorandum on the Development of Swimming is also to provide scientific support to judges, coaches and athletes.
"Report" reports that Zaur Aliyev, president of the Azerbaijan Swimming Federation (ASF), said this after the signing ceremony of the Strategic Cooperation Memorandum on the Development of Swimming.
He explained the purpose of the memorandum:
"We want to develop the scientific side of this sport as well. That is, to provide scientific support to our judges, coaches, and athletes. As a federation, we are trying to increase the mass character of this sport in Azerbaijan."
