An athletics competition was held at the Baku Athletics Center among employees of state institutions, jointly organized by the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Azerbaijan Athletics Federation.

It was reported that 30 people (19 men, 11 women) representing eight state institutions participated in the competition.
Among women, Malakhanim Mammadova and Zakiyya Karimli, employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, as well as Ilkana Gasimova, a representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, distinguished themselves in the 60-meter race. Among men, Ilkin Alizade (MES) took first place, Gunduz Jafarzade (Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population) took second place, and Rustam Rustamov (SOCAR) took third place in the 60-meter race. Among women, Malakhanim Mammadova (MES) was first, Sima Safarova (MES) was second, and Ilkana Gasimova (MFA) was third in the 400-meter race. Among men, Jalal Suleymanov (MES) was first, Ilgar Mammadov (MES) was second, and Parviz Aslanov (AzerGold CJSC) took third place in the 800-meter race.
In the women's long jump competition, Khalida Jafarova (SOCAR) took first place, Zakiyya Karimli (MES) took second place, and Zarifa Mammadova (SOCAR) took third place. Among men, Rustam Rustamov (SOCAR) took first place, Yevgeny Kasilov (MES) took second place, and Gunduz Jafarzade (MLSPP) took third place.
