The group rhythmic gymnastics team that succeeded at the 32nd Summer World Universiade in the Rhine-Ruhr region of Germany has been awarded.
According to the correspondent of Idman.biz who was sent to Germany, Azerbaijani gymnasts were presented with gold and silver medals today.
Our gymnasts took the highest place on the podium in the ribbon exercise. Our representatives came second in the exercise with 3 balls and 2 hoops. According to the rules of the Universiade, the national anthem of the countries is not played during the awarding ceremony.
It should be noted that yesterday the Azerbaijani national team was awarded the gold medals of the Universiade in all-around.
