A test competition of the III CIS Games in rhythmic gymnastics has been organized in Sheki.
Idman.biz reports that the Azerbaijan Gymnastics Federation has released information about this.
It was reported that 130 gymnasts from 13 clubs participated in the 30th national championship held at the Olympic Sports Complex on September 20-21.
Athletes demonstrated their programs with hoop, ball, ribbon and clubs in the junior, adolescent and youth age categories.
Results:
- Leyli Gayibli, Zeynab Ismayilova and Mira Ozel won the championship among the little ones.
- Amina Novruzova and Gulnur Mammadli won gold medals among teenagers.
- Azada Atakishiyeva became the winner in the youth competition.
- In group exercises, the "Ocaq Sport" club also took the lead, taking all the prize places in the all-around and 5-rope program.
