An open lesson in pumse and demo performances (demonstration performances) of the national team were held in the park of the Heydar Aliyev Center, organized by the Azerbaijan Taekwondo Federation.

Following the open pumse lesson held under the leadership of Etibar Ibrahimov, head coach of the national pumse and demo team, members of the demo team demonstrated their special skills on the tatami. Jumping kicks rich in acrobatic elements, agile movements and performances presented in sync with music were greeted with applause by those gathered at the event.
The purpose of the event was to contribute to increasing interest in taekwondo among young people and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
