Nazrin Jafarzade: Our rhythmic gymnasts will worthily represent our country at the III CIS Games

Azerbaijani rhythmic gymnasts will worthily represent the country at the III CIS Games.

"Report" reports that Nazrin Jafarzade, coach of the national rhythmic gymnastics team, said this in a statement to the official website of the competition.

She said that the team members are seriously preparing for the III CIS Games:

"Our girls train intensively every day. Currently, the team is in good shape both physically and psychologically. The squad has been formed on the basis of the results shown by athletes at both domestic and international tournaments from the beginning of the year to the present."

The specialist stated that the main goal of the team is to demonstrate beautiful performances on the carpet:

"The most important thing for us is that our girls successfully demonstrate the skills they have acquired in training in the competition. Of course, every athlete fights for results and we also want to win a medal. But the main goal is beautiful performances, and the results will follow."

N.Jafarzade also emphasized that the competition at the III CIS Games will be quite high:

"Teams are coming with serious preparation and each of them will compete for medals. This is both a difficulty and a great incentive for us. Our team is preparing for the competition with high motivation. We hope that we will represent our country with dignity."

It should be noted that Azerbaijan will host the III CIS Games on September 28 - October 8. Competitions in 23 sports will be organized in the sports event, which will cover 7 cities. The strongest young gymnasts of the CIS countries will come together in Shaki.
