Azerbaijan's national rhythmic gymnastics team in group exercises held a master class for young gymnasts at the Sheki Olympic Sports Complex.
Idman.Biz was informed about this by the press service of the Gymnastics Federation.
During the master class, members of the national team explained to the children the main technical elements of group exercises, important nuances related to synchronicity, rhythm and coordination.
The main goal of the event is to support the development of rhythmic gymnastics in the regions, to properly guide talented children from an early stage and to further increase their interest in this sport.
