The Azerbaijan Championship has started with the organization of the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Azerbaijan Athletics Federation. Sport24.az reports that about 160 athletes representing Baku, Ganja, Barda, Ismayilli, Gadabay, Khizi and Ordubad are competing in the national championship held at the Baku Athletics Center.
The program of the 2-day competition includes triple jump, long jump, high jump, shot put, 60 m, 200 m, 400 m, 800 m, 1500 m, 3000 m running and 4x200 m relay running.
