Morning sports exercises are held every day in various parks of the capital at the initiative of the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
İdman.biz reports that exercises organized with the participation of professionals in Tai Chi, gymnastics and yoga take place simultaneously in Zabitler Park, Central Park and Dede Gorgud Park.
The main purpose of morning exercises is to encourage the city's population to start the day vigorously, to encourage a healthy lifestyle, to make sports a part of daily activity and to increase opportunities for active recreation in the open air. People of different age groups can participate in the exercises.
Note that morning exercises last 6 days a week, from 07:00 to 08:00. No registration or payment is required to participate. Anyone who wants to join the exercises can simply come to the parks at the appointed time and participate in the program.
