Russian weightlifter Mikhail Kim has been disqualified for using cannabinoids.
"Report" reports that TASS reported this.
According to the source, the prohibited carboxy-tetrahydrocannabinol substance was found in his doping sample.
The ban period will be 2 years. Kim will be able to return to sports no later than March 27, 2027.
He is the second Russian athlete to be actively disqualified for using cannabinoids. Prior to that, Paralympian Vitali Login was punished for the same reason.
