Azerbaijani karateka Irina Zaretska (68 kg) believes that her rivals will not be able to stop her.
Idman.Biz reports that the 29-year-old athlete noted this in a post on her personal "Instagram" account.
The experienced karateka shared her thoughts on winning a bronze medal at the World Championship held in Cairo, the capital of Egypt:
"The match for third place was great. I made a mistake in the semi-final, which limited my chances of reaching the final and achieving greater success. Nevertheless, I am proud to be strong and strong-willed. I have proven once again that nothing and no one can stop me."

She recalled that she was among the prize winners for the fifth time at the World Championships among adults:
"I have been among the best for 10 years and there are still many successes ahead."
It should be noted that Irina Zaretska represented Ukraine at the 2014 World Championship and won a bronze medal. She won gold medals under the Azerbaijani flag in 2018, 2021 and 2023.
