Ilhamiz Karimov Wins Gold at European Open Championship

Azerbaijani para powerlifter Ilhamiz Karimov won a gold medal at the European Open Championship held in Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia.

Idman.Biz reports that the athlete competed in the over 107 kg weight category and rose to the podium.

Our Paralympian became the winner among juniors with a best lift of 115 kg and a total lift of 330 kg.
