Violette Damian, 53, received an eight-month suspended sentence on charges of violence. The prosecution had demanded an 18-month suspended sentence and a 10-year ban from working with minors.
The case reportedly began in 2019 after complaints from former students. Both coaches have denied any wrongdoing.
