Starting August 25, morning workouts will be launched in various parks of the capital city on the initiative of the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
İdman.biz reports that the workouts will be held in different locations - Officers' Park, Central Park and Dede Gorgud Park.
Workouts with the participation of professionals in Tai Chi, gymnastics and yoga will be held 6 days a week on weekdays from 07:00 to 08:00 in the morning.
Everyone can join the classes. Participation is free and registration is not required.
