According to Idman.biz, this was stated by a federation official in a statement to journalists.
"Although we did not achieve the desired results in the girls' competition, the boys pleased us. They won a silver medal for Azerbaijan. We will continue to compete in the final in five programs. I believe that our athletes will perform well. I invite the people of Shaki to the gymnastics competitions, I urge them to support Azerbaijani athletes," he said.
It should be noted that the gymnastics competitions will end on October 8.
