Secretary General of the Azerbaijan Gymnastics Federation, Fatima Shafizadeh, believes that athletes will show worthy results in the next competitions.
According to the information of the "Report" employee sent to Shaki, this was stated by the federation official in a statement to journalists.
She evaluated the results of the gymnasts:
"Yesterday there were qualifying competitions. Today we performed in the team final. It is gratifying that we were represented in the final among both girls and boys. Although we did not achieve the desired results in the girls' competition, the boys pleased us. They won a silver medal for Azerbaijan. We will continue to compete in the synchronized program. I believe that our athletes will perform worthily. I invite the people of Shaki to gymnastics competitions, I urge them to support Azerbaijani athletes."
It should be noted that the gymnastics competitions will end on October 8.
