Ammar Bakhshaliyev and Farhad Mustafayev advanced to the semi-finals in the junior boys' competition.
The Azerbaijani U-21 mixed pair team, consisting of Ayan Shabanova and Ibrahim Mustafazade, also competed, scoring 80.460 points. The mixed pair competitions are still ongoing.
The senior pairs - Mehdi Aliyev and Ali Niftaliyev, Maqsud Mahsudov and Huseyn Abbasov - are also expected to compete.
