Azerbaijani gymnasts Kamilla Seyidzade and Ilona Zeynalova will perform in the individual program at the Universiade, which will be held in the Rhine-Ruhr region of Germany from July 16-27.
Idman.biz reports that they will compete in the all-around and at the same time fight to qualify for the finals in individual events.
Our group exercises team will also participate in the Universiade. The team includes Laman Alimuradova, Darya Sorokina, Yelizaveta Luzan, Gullu Agalarzade, and Kamilla Aliyeva. Three sets of medals will be contested in the group exercises competition.
Five group teams will participate in the Universiade - Azerbaijan, Ukraine, South Korea, Taiwan, and Japan.
It should be noted that the rhythmic gymnastics competitions will be held in Essen on July 17-19.
