Azerbaijani coaches Ayna Mammadova and Alfiya Mantova, specializing in "Gymnastics for All," participated in the traditional European Gymnastics event - "4th Educational Long Weekend" held in Tallinn, the capital of Estonia.
The Gymnastics Federation informed "Report" about this.
During the training sessions, experts from various European countries exchanged experiences in the direction of "Gymnastics for All," participated in seminars and practical exercises. Participants were presented with new methods in this field, inclusive approaches, as well as exemplary programs that can be applied for the development of mass gymnastics.
Within the framework of the event, representatives discussed strengthening international cooperation, as well as popularizing gymnastics as a healthy lifestyle and among the general public.
The Azerbaijani delegation also actively participated in both theoretical and practical sessions, sharing their experiences.
It should be noted that Ruslan Eyvazov, a member of the Technical Committee of European Gymnastics and the national representative in Europe, also participated in the event, which was attended by 33 participants from 15 countries.
