Our athlete Arina Kaluqina, representing Azerbaijan in international figure skating competitions, renewed the last Olympic record in the "Quad Salchow" by scoring +2.91 points during her performance at the "Denis Ten Memorial Challenger" series competition among juniors in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
"Report" reports that our representative surpassed Japanese athlete Mao Shimada, who last set the record, with her successful performance in the free program.
In the series competition, Arina scored 167.24 points among 20 athletes from 13 countries and won a bronze medal in the final result.
