The international tournament "Winter Fairytale" was held at the National Gymnastics Arena. Sport24.az reports that a total of 262 gymnasts from 28 clubs from 9 countries competed in the competition.
Gymnasts performed in various age categories (born in 2010–2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018–2019) not only with apparatus-free programs, but also in ribbon, hoop, ball, clubs, and rope.
At the end of the programs, gymnasts who distinguished themselves in various categories were awarded.
The last day of the tournament was memorable with a special event. Famous Israeli rhythmic gymnast, Olympic champion Linoy Ashram, held a "master class" for the tournament participants. Linoy, one of the brightest names in world gymnastics, spoke to young gymnasts during the lesson about her sports career, achievements, and the difficulties she faced along the way.
Then, moving on to the practical training part, she taught the athletes new technical nuances and the execution of elements. The "master class", which was watched with great interest by young gymnasts, added a special touch to the tournament and became an unforgettable experience for the participants.
