Idman.biz reports that this was stated to journalists by the President of the Azerbaijan Minifootball Federation, Orkhan Mammadov.
He spoke about the preparations for the minifootball world championship to be held in Baku: "The national team continues its preparations. We have previously participated in an international tournament. Before the World Championship, we will play our last game against the team of the United Arab Emirates. Since the tournament is held in Baku, the expectations of the fans are high. As the management, we also have such expectations. We have set this as a goal. But this is the World Championship. The competition will be strong. In my opinion, getting into the "top three" can be considered a great success for us."
It should be noted that the World Cup will be held from May 21 to June 1.
