Today, the draw ceremony of the futsal tournament for the "Heydar Aliyev Cup" among teams composed of employees of state institutions of the Autonomous Republic, dedicated to the 102nd anniversary of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev, was held in the administrative building of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. Sport24.az reports that 17 teams will test their strength in the competition jointly organized by AFFA, the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, the Azerbaijan Futzal Federation, and the Nakhchivan Football Federation.
The games will be held from May 10 to 14 at the Ilham Aliyev Olympic Sports Complex. The competition will be managed by futsal referees from Nakhchivan, who will be appointed by the AFFA Referees Committee. In the end, the winner and prize-winners will be awarded cups, medals, and diplomas by AFFA, the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, the Azerbaijan Futzal Federation, and the Nakhchivan Football Federation.
