"Liverpool"'s head coach Arne Slot has revealed that Jurgen Klopp called him to congratulate him on winning the Premier League. The Dutch expert made a statement to ESPN about this:
"The most famous person who sent me a message? I think it was Jurgen Klopp. What did he say? He congratulated me and noted that this club is special and told me that I am part of its history. He was very happy for the fans and the club."
It should be noted that Slot has been at the "helm" of "Liverpool" since May 2024. He replaced Klopp, who had been leading the team since 2015 and left at his own request. "Liverpool" won the Premier League in the 2019/20 season under Klopp's leadership.
