After a successful performance at the 2026 World Cup, the Cape Verde national team goalkeeper Vozinha, who transferred to Chile's "Kolo-Kolo" club, faced an unexpected problem.

The full name of the 40-year-old goalkeeper is Jozimar Joze Evora Dias. "Vozinha" is his football nickname. Therefore, he may have to play with the name "Evora", "Dias", or "Evora Dias" in the "Kolo-Kolo" team.
If the rule is broken, the player may receive a yellow card, and the club may be fined.
However, there are two options for Vozinha to use his nickname. He either needs to get special permission from the Chilean Professional Football National Association (ANFP) or change the regulation.
According to the information, "Kolo-Kolo" has already applied to ANFP, asking for an exception for Vozinha. The association is currently reviewing this application.
