Eldor Shomurodov has been named "Roma's" best player in April, based on a survey among fans.
Idman.biz reports that the Uzbek footballer surpassed Argentinian Matias Soule and goalkeeper Mile Svilar in the voting.
This is Shomurodov's second award this season. He was also named "Roma's" player of the month in February.
The 29-year-old forward scored two goals and provided one assist in 4 games in April. His goal against "Juventus" saved his team from defeat. His only goal in the game against "Verona" earned "Roma" three important points. In the match against "Inter", his accurate pass to his teammate Soule contributed to his team's winning goal.
It should be noted that "Roma" is undefeated in Serie A for 18 consecutive games and is currently in 6th place.
